Need a Toon up? well fear no more with KEM's Brand new Toon up Paint base~! just splash whatever you want with it to make that thing into a instant toon~! for special orders such as certain colors, we request that you give us a base of three main colors and a species you'd like the toon to be.Once received, do not soak in water until fully dry. once dried you'll need paint remover to eliminate any left over paint.
