I absolutely love this photo. Granted I was a little buzzed, I still love how the picture turned out in the end. This was taken on Lake Lanier in northern Georgia during a FWA staff party in celebration of the successful con and all the hard work we had put in to it. We'd rented three small house boats and docked on a beach to settle down for a few hours and have fun. As we were leaving I saw this beautiful sunset and the rain doing on in the distance.(The fuzzy columns on either side of the sun.)
Now if you're wondering how I got the picture to turn out this way, I turned down the exposure and focused the camera on the sun. If you want to see what it looked like before all that, click here . The power of exposure is amazing, it really is. Well I hope y'all like it.
