I have already done that, but posted at the Poser 11 forums instead. No one seems to like this style over there, so it was ignored.

Sometimes I have the impression most Poser/DS users have a preference for realism over stylized. Nonetheless, the number of Animenized Genesis morphs seems to be increasing these days.

Then you have people like me, who LOVE stylized to death.

Here's a practical example of how people [in general] prefer realistic to stylized. Whenever I post a realistic character on my featured section, it gets 100X more attention than when I post an Anime or stylized one. But that line seems blurred when it comes to fantasy characters, like catgirls. On my long-running poll, the most realistic catgirl reigns in 1st place with a large margin, and the most cartoonish remains at the rock bottom. BUT we find an Anime catgirl holding 3rd place steadily for months, so normal humans and fantasy characters seem to be affected in different ways. Nonetheless, Nyanna is the most realistic, and she has never left 1st place in the poll.

Can't argue with those results, but I find that stylized works better for comics. A stylized face just emotes better than a flat out realistic one.

Yeah, but Stylized has that "just right" middle ground. You can have some of that exaggeration, without it looking too goofy.

I think that's where Nyanna Mew stands. People tend not to notice stylization when the proportions look aesthetically balanced.

Haha that in particular doesn't seem to be tied to any specific media. Here at DA it has its own galleries and even groups.

i have to admit i wasn't to crazy about the initial renders i saw of this character over at runtime , but shes starting to grow on me , definitely miles better than smith micro's previous ones , great job on the rendering !

When I'm able to migrate to Poser again, I'll have no need for expensive base figures. At most I'll probably just buy whatever extensions I need to convert certain clothing to Paul/Pauline.

Well if I can only afford the base version of Poser, I won't be getting the fitting room. I haven't used XD since the days of Poser 7. I can only assume its gotten a lot better since.
Having all that clothing at my disposal is gonna allow me to hit the ground running. I think I even got some oldies from vendors who packed up shop years ago. OH! If Poser is still compatable with P.I.C.K I'll really be happy! That was one of my favorite script suites. the ability to make entire rooms from with-in Poser. I used that on the old Romanian Gothique comic all the time, before switching to D|S in 2010. Any size or style of room I needed, could be done with ease. Just add your favorite furnishing props!

I was worried about Python compatibility too, since I rely on that for content creation. So far basically all my scripts that worked with PP2014 also work with Poser 11, so that's a good sign. ^___^
