Ground poses used to be nearly impossible before ControlNet, but now it's more manageable. I made this pose in Poser using DawnSE, and exported to SD with the OpenPose plugin, and I like the results. Now it's not only feasible, but we can also control the pose and camera angle straight from Poser using this 3D-to-AI workflow. Pose and camera angle established in Poser, rendered in Stable Diffusion, postwork in Paintshop.
