I've also started by mixing V4 with A4/V4/Elite, but that doesn't give me enough flexibility. That's why Kaya only used one V4 morph on the head, and no morphs at all in the body. Existing morphs cannot produce a body type like this, so it had to be manually deformed with magnets. This can push the envelope much further before the skeleton stops working because there are no dial limits to deal with, though making the clothing fit again is a whole different story.
