Yeah. Same as you but i mess up with lighting a lot so i never use the default setup. xD

DO you think it's worth it switching to Blender 2.8? or is slightly better only regarding look and render speed and stuff

I love 2.8. coz its fast and quick to build the scene as well as render it. Just imagine your workflow reduced by 80%. You can make complex scenes and change anything and you wont have to wait to see how it looks as we do in 2.7. Only thing i'm waiting for is the support of 2.7 addons in 2.8. 
I made this in 2.8. 
I can't do this in 2.7 as it would take so much time to load whenever i change any of the thing in scene.

Is this done with 2.8 eevee or cycles?

cause the light don't look the same between the two

Completely in 2.8 Eevee. with all the effects enabled (bloom,sss,SSAO etc) that are in the properties xD
