My take on a Poison Eeveelution. Since they're normally small mammals, I chose a skunk. I had this idea before Stunky and Skuntank, anyway, so what if there are more than one Skunk Pokemon? In case you can't read that small:

The Toxic Pokemon
Height: 3 ft, 5 in
Weight: 60 lbs
Toxeon defends itself with an horrid smelling liquid from under its tail that sticks for days. The only known way to remove it is a bath in Tomato Berry juice. If this spray fails, it resorts to stinging with the spurs in its hind legs, which can cause agonizing pain.

Ability: Putrid Smell
Description: Foe kept at bay by awful smell.
Effect: Physical attacks have a 30% chance of failing when targeting this Pokemon (basically they can't get close enough to hit because of the smell). Increases to 50% if the attacker has used Odor Sluth.

Of course its a Poison type. Evolved from an Eevee that levels up while Poisoned.
