Description As the sun slipped down closer and closer to the horizon, Meia sighed tiredly and climbed the last few steps up to the entrance of her hut.

Normally she would have turned and stood on the steps, watching the fading red and orange hues in the sky dwindle and reduce to yellow and violet, before being swallowed by the inky backdrop of the night.

Tonight, however, she didn't feel like it. Every bone in her body ached, and the druidic troll had made up her mind about what she wanted and needed. So as she reached the top step, she only gave a glance back, admiring the yellow splashes along the skyline before walking into her hut and casting it from her mind.

The warm, familiar wood around her soothed the blue-skinned troll, and she felt a weightless relief creep into her body that she had not felt in many weeks. From a corner of the ceiling came a faint clattering sound, before a rather large, turquoise spider began to slowly lower itself from the ceiling.

She smiled fondly at her pet, and once he was within range she reached up, running her hands along his smooth body as he approached the ground. She thought, for a moment, that as she stroked him he nuzzled back against her hand, though she couldn't be certain. But she entertained the thought, keeping it like a pleasant warmth that wrapped her mind.

Upon reaching the ground, the spider snapped its line of web and skittered along the floor, joining her to where she had moved beside the rail, looking out over the town below her. Shadows crept back amongst the figures down below, each finishing up their job of the day before heading off, probably to home, or else to a bar. Meia smiled as she watched them work, lulled into calmness at the movements down below. It was always so peaceful, gazing at her beloved city.

A gust of wind, spurned on by the dying sun, ran by her, casting a nice chill along her skin that gave her goosebumps as she relaxed in it, enjoying the breeze. It felt perfect.

That relief crept up through her shoulders and down her back, suffusing her in peace as another gust blew by, disturbing the smooth blue skin into another minor outbreak of goosebumps. She giggles, and slowly looked down at her spider, who was happily laying himself next to her feet.

"You seem pretty happy that i'm home, huh?" She smirked, her voice soft and almost motherly in its affection for the little arachnid. "Well, me too."

She leaned down, then, and again ran her fingers over his small body, admiring the curves and sleekness of his frame. He stirred beneath the troll's delicate touches, shifting left or right slightly in a pleased fashion, seeming to enjoy the attention. She smiled, and slowly withdrew her hand, waiting until he was looking up at her before giving him a small nod.

At that, he turned around, scurrying along the floorboards to the middle of the hut before turning towards her, waiting for the troll while she straightened up and yawned, stretching as she gave the Vale sky one final glance. It had turned from yellow to pink, and looked utterly calm, the sun little more than a slight sliver along the horizon. So beautiful.

And then she turned around, walking towards her small arachnid companion with light, slow steps. Her hands moved up towards her leather cuirass, and began to work it off in slow increments, revealing the supple breasts beneath as the chestpiece gradually came free from her body. She tossed it carelessly to the floor, already beginning to work off her shoulderpads, which were hardly of any comparison in difficulty.

Methodically she undressed herself, discarding belt, gloves and boots with little difficulty before moving on to her pants, the last and final item. Here she had to work the leather around a bit, adjusting the straps and stretching the fabric to accomodate her skin as she slipped them off, finding it easier the further she got. Finally she was free, tossing them aside with the rest as she stood before her pet, stark naked in the cool dusk breeze, which left her feeling slightly excited every time it blew by.

As for her small friend, he had moved himself to her feet once her pants had come off, and was spinning large strands of silken thread from his abdomen, hind legs working furiously behind him to transform them into solid, silken bands.

She smiled at the sight, and contended to let him continue, her hands idly running along her sides and arms as goosebumps occasionally dotted the flesh.

Finally the arachnid was done, and Meia glanced down at him cheerfully as he began to skitter slowly up her legs in spirals. Behind him the silken cloth followed, wrapping itself around her feet and legs and binding her from moving. The thought of doing so never crossed her mind.

He would never have done this, had she not told him so. But between them words were not needed, and the small nod exchanged all he needed to know. Now, as he slowly spun his web up her calves and knees, he was rewarded with a charming, pleased smile from above. He was doing what she had asked to the letter. And it felt good.

She closed her eyes for a minute, letting the subtle caress of the silk, and the ticklish movements of his feet, lull her into a darkened peace. She vaguely registered that he was progressing upward; it did not matter. He would wrap her, and she would have a peaceful sleep.

With her eyes closed, and mind wandering, she was not accutely aware of just how fast her pet had been going until she felt strands of thread encase her mouth tightly, the feeling of it making her open her eyes. Strands of thread wrapped the entirety of her lower body, as well as her neck, mouth, stomach, and part of her chest. She smiled against the bindings at seeing just how fast he had worked.

The spider, meanwhile, was carefully beginning to wrap the lower half of her face in coccoon, leaving the upper half for last; he knew she liked to watch, and so he always made sure that he put on as great a show as he could.

Once the initial wrapping was done, and he made sure that she couldn't move if she, for some reason, decided to stop this tender moment, he moved back down to her chest, creating a second film that would overlay the first, and constitute the final wrapping. He began to skitter slowly across her breasts, moving carefully to keep the silken threads in line, not wanting to waste any as he worked.

Meia felt her cheeks redden as her beloved pet began to scuttle across her breasts as he worked the overlay. His light steps tickled her soft skin, and she felt her buds harden against the sensation as he walked across her. Despite that, she remained perfectly still, not wishing to mess him up as he finsihed her chest and moved back to her face, beginning to wrap the top half of her head. And as the weaves layed themselves over her eyes, she closed them, smiling happily as she finally started to doze off to sleep, faintly feeling the tiny clicks of the spider's feet as he ran them over her face in a sort of nuzzle before finishing off the webbing, and proceeding to make sure everything was secure.

    ---- & ----

Hours later, the soft, swaying motions of her body caused her to stir, eyes opening.

The darkness was absolute in the webbing. No moonlight peeked in through the cloth, leaving her with an undisturbed blanket of bliss. The coccoon was warm, but not overly warm, and felt soft and comforting against her skin. The swaying wasn't so bad either - it was almost like a rocking motion, in a way, done to help her fall asleep faster. Drearily she summoned a smile at the thought that her beloved pet had managed to drag her up to the ceiling, and then dangled her there. But then, he'd always managed it before.

Speaking of the spider, she could feel him, slightly, on the outside of her 'cage,' clinging on next to her face with his body pressed against the threads. It almost seemed like he was cuddling her. The thought made her giggle slightly, and smile. He seemed to be tired; he wasn't moving all too much in response to her movements. And after all, he had dragged her up to the ceiling.

So she sighed happily and closed her eyes, complacent and content with the situation. She could feel him shift slightly next to her, and he could feel her shift in response, and both master and pet slipped past the realm of consciousness, moving off to a land of dreams.

The setting you set up for this is just lovely, and I love what you did with this idea. I especially love how you did the spider, as it really shows a nice, loving relationship between a pet and it's owner.

Your writing as a whole really does get better with each story you do.

A very lovely story, describing the bonding and relationship between a owner and her pet.

I really like it, gave a nice overview on how close a bond can become. Just by showing a nod, the spider knew what to do.

Very gentle story, nice work
