Sorry bro. I think it's the way the shading is done on it that creates the effect of it. Plus the thick lines around his eye lids. I mean he looks like L from Death Note. (true story: I honestly just found that pic at random didn't even noticed the cake.) And I apologize for sounding rude I mean hey maybe you were going for creepy. Some times it's matter of perspective, Is it a vase or two people talking? Is the smile meant to be happy, hiding the pain, or slasher grin?
