The wolf in the background somehow reminds me of Animal Crossing. Because it also featured wolves with umbrellas walking around in the rain. The game didn't feature wolves eating your hands, though!

The sign that advertises Guinness beer is an interesting and whimsical addition to the piece, and the sign outside the window apparently pointing the way to Piccadilly Circus adds some realism to the scene.
