This is my third entry to ~chibahikari 's Otaku Senshi Challenge, which can be found here: [link]

This is my Ultra Draco character, known in her royal form as Draco. She's an 'off-worlder', meaning she came from somewhere else in the galaxy to live in Crystal Tokyo before becoming a scout.

Age: 18
Hair Color: jet black with natural sky blue and sea-foam green streaks
Hair Style: depends on the day and her mood, but usually up-swept
Eye Color: jade green
Skin: Peach
Build: athletic
Family: mother-Jorjia Sekuri (deceased), father-Sir Edmund Sekuri (deceased)

Origins: Cassandra, a planet in the Draco system. it was destroyed, she was the sole survivor.

Balance: neutral good (has a moment or two in her life where 'good' and 'bad' collide...)

Brief Bio
Kenly Tista Sekuri, aka Ultra Draco, was the sole survivor of the planet Cassandra in the Draco system. Her world was quite advanced, technologically speaking. Even so, the planet had a life force of its own and would choose who was to 'rule'. Every person on her planet had a small dragon tail (yes, she has one too) and the color of the tail would signify the leaders. Green tails were the highest ranking in leadership.

Before the great down-fall of her world, Kenly's parents spirited her away in a one-person pod, sending her to, what they thought, was the Silver Millennium. Unfortunately, it took so long for her to get to the Sol system, that by the time she arrived, it was well into the time of Crystal Tokyo. In transit, her pod was damaged, and all of her history is lost to her. What she knows now, she's learned from the libraries and historians of the palace.

She was taken under the queen's wing since she was an orphan. The queen required her to attend royal matters, just like any other member of the royal court.
