Highlands, North Carolina, USA. You can walk behind this falls on the right, but the conditions will be similar to tropical storm with this much flow. The road to this falls was built in the 1920's and there are sections where you feel like you're driving on the edge the the Grand Canyon or the Going to the Sun road in Glacier NP.Related content
