Alexervich Meyers was a mischievous kid, who ran away from the slums of Vartia--with his sister, November--, and jumped on the first shuttle to Devria. There, he felt like he could do more and earn more money as the United Human Federation were looking for skilled individuals. Normally, Vartians would never assist a galactic rival outside of The Confederate Alliance; however, Delta knew that the career on Devria was too astounding of an opportunity to pass up. So, after ten years of mercenary work for the Jerichoans, Delta and his sister were offered a chance to join one of Jericho's most prestigious companies within the Cobra Armed Forces--Delta Force. With the help of his Vartian Surge, Alexervich and November's notoriety within the company grew and even caught the attention of Cobra Captain Holden Motamboli . Momphe became great friends with Alexervich, but Alex still saw him as someone who constantly held him back with regulations and passive strategies; thus, Alex gave Momphe the nickname "Holden," which the rest of the Company also adopted for their Captain. Holden accepted the name and made it his primary name, to honor his friendship and even gave Alex the nickname of "Delta," as he believed that Delta would help make a positive difference in the Known Galaxy.

Unfortunately, after a few more years of serving under Holden, Delta grew more and more weary of what the Cobras were doing to the Outlanders. He felt that the Jerichoan officials were using the Cobra Armed Forces to incite a lot of the conflicts, which companies like Delta Force had to put down. It sickened him and he alerted Holden about his concerns, who thought nothing much of it and laughed it off. Holden claimed that Delta was merely tired and delusional from constant fighting, which rubbed Delta the wrong way and even made him wary of his friendship with the Devrian Captain. Eventually, the two's disagreements would come to a head and would result in both Delta and November leaving not only Delta Force but Jericho itself. They would voluntarily go into exile and live the rest of their days as a mercenary. Unfortunately, due to unfortunate events, November was killed due to a merc job gone wrong--a death he deeply and secretly blames himself for. But with news of the upcoming Civil War between the Outlands and Jericho, Delta felt like the job could grant him one last way of avenging his sister--and settling an old score with his former Captain.
