A big, BIG thank you to the like, 7 dudes who commented on my design sketches for this... it really helped me a lot in figuring out a final design. Plus you jus made me feel good : )
I'm sorry the final drawing is a little boring, but at least it has a cat.

This is a cute genderbent to an already wild robot master. Y'know, in my opinion, I think that Top Woman would be more wild than the original Top Man.
I also like the little tops on the back of her head suggesting pigtails.

The core elements are in all of the sketches like my favorite bit, the "hairdo" sticking out at the back (it's very hard to describe robot hair. Is it a pigtail/ponytail/drill tail/TOP TAIL???)
