The symbology looks like she's meant to be a cross between an animΓ© girl and a Warhammer 40000 Tech Priest.
Anyway it's an awesome pic. I love her outfit and you did a great job of the bionics. It would be interesting to see what she looked like from behind considering all the attachments she has on her back.

The character is totally a Tech-Priest! Started out playing her in a game of Dark Heresy with some friends, and ended up taking her to other RP venues. Fun times. Anyway yeah it's prrreeeetty neat and I'm pretty happy with the work done.
