Interesting scenery, and nice composition.
I really like your use of black and white here, the way it captures the textures really makes the image very nice.
I also like the composition with the lovely scenery in the background and the boat in the foreground. It makes the image very nice and balanced.
There are some parts of the sky where the detail is missing due to over exposure, however this is so slight that it causes little to no disturbance compared to the rest of the photo. There are some under exposed areas as well, but these are shadows and under exposing them highlights the image a little, helping it nicely.
