After suffering through the terror of perfecting a run through Ciel's Chapter 5, naturally there would be some hated towards Rival. That lunatic's plane was too fast, so the only way to catch him was on the ground. Once he landed, Sevon gave him a swift kick to the face.....yeah, as you can see, I'm not much of a Rival fan. I really don't see what's so great about him, even after playing through his (short) story. Somehow I managed to make Sevon look like a SkyGunner character (Sib: Who's that? I don't remember seeing anyone who looks like that in the official art). I really didn't feel like drawing a background for this one, though... ah well.

Jet Ion's good for that sort of even-ness. The only one that's way too slow is so big it blocks the whole track!

Jet Ion is a sort of space age racing game (I can't remember the company that made it)- though it's actually quite misleading. On the back of the case it's all about "some evil company stole all the energy in the world and put it in power belts really high up- some rebel dudes try and get it back" and then once you start playing, it turns out that the game's just races held in honour of the good guys.
