Aside from Armada Starscream, Knock Out is about the only Decepticon that I like. (funny trivia about KO: He makes an appearance as one of the main characters in the prequel book to Revenge of the Fallen, The Veiled Threat. Here's the funny bit, in it he is a motorcycle ... and an Autobot.)
