Description Bits of powder hold the light
The way the moon holds the sun every night
And stars pop out glittering like jellyfish
Swimming through the sky.
Silver face hangs ornamentally
In the blue-black ocean above my head
Casting shadows of absolute darkness
And pushing hollowly through air and trees
Like a silent hawk, a flood of heat and silence
Carried on wings through sky
To grass that turns dark blue when the sun is hidden
Held by white powder
Bits of moon
