1: I spent half an hour drawing a Flygon template that was close enough to the actual lining and 2: There was no recolouring involved. I created a template and put my own colors into the template.

Thanks! I went out of my way to create a Flygon Template, and then i use the standard Paint app (because i can't be bothered to download Paint Tool SAI) to color it to the best of my ability.
