He's attended human schools after finishing his elementary years in the magical community, deciding to attend high school and his post secondary education amongst the more normal, and where he seemed to fit in more with.
Iskard grew up in a well known family of accomplished Elemental users. They were recognized as high ranked. He is the second youngest in a family of thirteen, only nine brothers and three sisters, each having a specialty, whether it was charms. Iskard, was the only one who was born, deformed. His body could repel against any magical art that was thrown at him or tried to be used against him. Physically though he couldn’t withstand much, he was mistreated by his elder siblings, and ignored by his parents. Growing with little affection he actually came out of his household decent.

Leaving his past behind him, and striving to make his own mark in either community, but hoping to return someday and try to lessen the discrimination some magical beings had to go through from birth. He took up a part time job as a photographers’ assistant during high school to help him afford his crap-tastical box of an apartment, and during his first two years of university undertaking the principals of Photography and everything it had to offer. Second he went in for an understudy of geography and for his teaching diploma, hoping to teach in some high school.
Has always felt inadequate, as if he could never amount to anything of worth or value. Happy though, knowing he could not be charmed, seduced, or be attacked by any elemental abilities, saved his hide on occasion. But it is also his greatest weakness, he cannot be healed, or helped in any shape or form… If he is injured, he has to take the long process of healing, or having himself bandaged up. Ended up none of his applications for human high schools went through so went to Arcadium and personally left an application for the teaching positions. Hopefully he wouldn’t get rejected, where his siblings all had attended and talked so frequently about while he was still trapped in his house when he was little.

He’s a nice enough guy, just beware of him before his coffee, can’t start the day without a coffee and a smoke (only time he does it). He has a hobby of collecting earrings making up two dozens of matching sets. He enjoys conversation and seeing what others can do, becomes a little defensive when someone attempts using abilities on him.
