A shady merfolk salesman loosely inspired by the upbeat/major key version of Poor Unfortunate Souls by Brett Boles on tiktok (which I saw this morning on tumblr as I don't have a tiktok)
Designing him was a blast and I'll be happily doodling him in my sketchbook right next to all my other OC's
