This angel is for my cousin who died when we were teenagers. My aunt saw the angels I was making and asked if I would make him one also, which I had been thinking about doing so anyway but wanted to make sure it would be okay with her. The moon and coloring have special meaning. The moon and cloud are partly from brushes I made, the rest is painted. The angel is painted after a stock model image that I bought. This is HUGE. 9x20 inches at 300 DPI My computer is not that happy with me, and thankfully it is done. I started it three months ago but due to my own health issues and other things going on, its been slow moving.All the materials contained in my deviantART gallery may not

What a true treasured sentiment to your memory of the departed. I really do like the color hues and the focal point in the piece is distant in viewing. Meaning its not centered and the angelic being is looking off somewhere giving it a more portriat sense of realism. That what really draws me in. As always you produce the most amazing pieces. I love it completely.
