Description
Here is one of the projects I had to do for art class: A self-portrait.

I decided to draw myself surrounded by Disney characters, seeing as they have always been a part of my life. The heroes/heroines are my good characteristics, while the villains are my vices.

The significance:

Dopey: My inner awkwardness. Lord knows I'm a klutz.
Aladdin: I want people to like me for who I am, not someone I pretend to be.
Jiminy Cricket: My conscience. Those who know me, know I have a strong sense of right and wrong.
Prince Phillip: Because someday, I want to be someone's "prince charming".
Chip & Mrs. Potts: It represents my relationship with my mom. I love her so much.
Ariel: My inspiration for being an artist; also she started my love of Disney.

Jafar: Greed - on certain occasions, I can be VERY greedy.
GrimhildeL Jealousy - Though it might not appear so, I am a jealous person. If someone has what I want, I get extremely jealous.
Maleficent: Wrath - When really angered, I can throw massive fits and I occasionally break things.

The paintbrush: Because let's face it - I was born to do art.

I left myself white, because without these characters that make me who I am, I would simply be a black and white person, very uninteresting.
