This picture is a request for .He requested that I should draw Road-Runner and Kia (one of his daughters) hugging.
The reason why Kia looks sad is because some Perfecto Prep brats came over and picked on her, Serenity, and Zelda.
Road-Runner heard what had happened, and is now trying to calm Kia down and dry up those tears.
