It wasn't really that hard to choose, and I have more friendships on the meme than couples because The Monsters series is one of those franchises where I care more about the friendships than pairings (and I only see only a few possible/canon couples).

OTP (Favorite Pairings):

*MikexCelia- They are cute together physically and mentally. It's adorable to see Mike being all romantic and flirty.

Plus, pink and green are compatible colors (like the inside of a guava and a watermelon).

*Don Calrtonx Sherri Squishington- When I first saw them together I actually did believed that Don is/was Squishy's biological father, however it turns out that he wasn't until he proposed to Squishy's mom, Sherri.

And seeing that they did got together was really sweet because they are like the uncle aunt I wish I had.^^

In fact, I'm planning on drawing a new member of the Squishington/Carlton family...a cute baby girl!

*BrockxClair- Opposites attract.

Pairings I Don't Mind:

*RandallxOC- Even it's so over-done, but let's face it, Randall's a chick-magnet and quite a catch in his own way (and the fangirls'). I did see some decent OCs paired up with Randall, most of them are human women, but I'm opened about that (and it's quite common in monster medias/history/profiles that the super-natural being attracted to human virgins worthy enough to be their brides and/or bare their offspring).

*SulleyxOC- The big guy needs some love too. What's not to like about Sulley? He's sweet, protective, caring, and great with kids monster and human. And is like the Beast of "Beauty and the Beast."

*FungusxOC- Fungus may be a dork, but he's worthy enough to have a soul-mate in his life.

Pairings I Hate:

*JohnnyxRandall- That purple fat-head (Johnny, of course)? Please, he's not even friends with Randall! He just used for his brains and special ability to win the Scare Games trophy.

Johnny played Randall like a puppet, and tangled the strings after cutting them off, leading to what made Randall turn into a competitive antagonist in "Monsters Inc."

He's no idol, he's a living drug that poisoned what once was an innocent mind.

*JohnnyxSulley- Again, Johnny only wanted to use Sulley to make his team look good. That time it was just because Sulley's dad was a famous scarer at MU.

Friendships I Like:

*Sulley, Mike, and Randall- If Randall didn't join the wrong crowd, never become a sore competitor, or gets rehabilitated after being in the human world and finding his way back to Monstropolis; The three main monster men would made a great trio together.

Heck, when I played all three of them as a team in "Disney Infinity" they were an unstoppable perfect team-work chemistry! Not a single game I've lost when I picked them to work together, no joke.

With Sulley's muscles & heart, Mike's brains & pep, and Randall's special ability & swiftness; They could've been The Three Musketeers of monsters.

*The Oozma Kappa House/Team- Who don't root for those guys to win? They are a likable crew of misfits and under-dogs that rose from rock-bottom to sky high, all thanks to two certain monsters (Mike & Sulley) that came into their lives.

And who doesn't wanna hang out with them (except if you're part of the meat-heads of ROR)?
