Bah, this one was a mess that never quite came together. I messed it up so many times, I'm not able to correct some things anymore. I hate when something I worked, and worked on never comes our right...ah well.Related content

He's so distinctive, and yet, he isn't as well. It's really tricky. His features, there is little aside from his distinctive hair for me to really latch onto and translate across, so that the final version really screams Ichigo. If I go too far towards the original style, then it looses my style, and doesn't look right, if I go too far from it, then it just looks like a generic person with his hair. Ah well, I'll get there. Just have to keep trying.

yeah i don't have a realy my own way of drawing hah i think.... but you can realy turn it to your version and that's realy cool, it can be nice when it's your style mixed with the original.. maybe
but i think this one is nice, so i don't see what's wrong with it

It took me a long time to develop a style, a lot of drawings. I think you will get there, there are some things about the way you draw that are already pretty distinctive.
(Oh, and the Jaw is not shaped right, I never quite got the upper lip shaded correctly, and his neck is too long)

Too true! And yeah, the angle of his jawline is still not quite right, and his upper lip never quite worked, oh, and he's got a SUPER long neck. Sometimes they just come together, and sometimes...

I never got his nose/upper lip to work quite right, and his jaw line is still wrong, even though I fixed it multiple times and I made his neck too long. *sigh* It was one of those weekends, where I just couldn't seem to do anything right. Ever have one of those?

Yeah, that lip area, I'd erased it and redrew it so many times it wouldn't let me do anymore. *sigh* So frustrating, that paper has a limited number of times you can erase and reshade.

A. I could not properly draw the human face. While not so angry that he spent a year on up - with illustrations from photographs, with his reflection in the mirror. And yet I still can not correctly draw the face in color.
I will believe that you will make progress much faster than me!
