Religions are maintained by people. People who can't get laid, because sex is the first great earthly pleasure. But if you can't get that, power is a pretty good second one. I've even asked members of the Westboro Church and ask "Why do you even care" If they're gonna burn in Hell while you get Heaven. You've already established your misanthropy now when your alive. There are over two billion Christians in the world and every single last one is a crazy homophobe who believes in hellfire and damnation for everyone who is not exactly like us. I'm not gay myself, but I am a Christian LGBT ally, and I really wish the really hardcore Christians would listen to what Jesus actually said (the Cliff Note's version: "don't be a jerk") and be more respectful of their LGBT brethren.

You know, there've been plenty of times I've wanted to do this. Not out of spite, but just as a learning experience. Being Christian myself, I've been into these kinds of bookstores a time or two. While I've not seen any of the creative and amusing titles you display in this piece here, I can tell you Christian bookstores have literature from one end of the denominational spectrum to the other. I've seen some pretty crazy titles myself while in these bookstores and wouldn't be surprised if one of them somewhere has books like your comical "Sex, Just Don't Do It", some of the hyper conservative denominations still do preach that sex is wrong, even though our bodies were specifically designed for it. I would love to see a Christian bookstore somewhere install a special lgbt section, technically speaking identifying within the lgbt spectrum does not preclude the possibility of faith in Christ. Anywho, love the pic. IT'S EPIC!!

I've read 'Sex: Just Don't Do It' and found it to be a highly informative guide to abstinence only education. It highlighted many different ways of not having sex that I'd never even thought of before! Very funny. You win.

Honestly, I'm really not a fan of religion, or at least Gods, at all, myself, but I don't bash the religion itself unless it's, like, Old Testament and Leviticus and stuff. I tried to read that book once... It was /scary/. Seriously. They had, like, sheep entrails, and how to clean them to be sacrificed, in there. Xx;'' Urgh... Not to mention... Was it Leviticus 8? Jesus was a decent guy from what I know, and if you actually listen to the whole "love thy neighbor" bit and all that good stuff, I've nothing but support for you.

Well, I understand why the Adam and Eve bit pissed you off. In fact I understand several reasons why it may have. But the New Testament is based more on mercy and sacrifice. Put it this way: it's not the Adam and Eve bit that attracted ME to Christianity, and I consider myself a reasonably intelligent fellow with a good sense of morality
