Anyways, I hated Lilly too. I thought Lee would find love, a better love than his cheating wife, anyways. But NO, "Oh? Somebody insulted me? Better shoot 'em in the face!". I've played the game many times, not once have I not left Lilly on the side of the road.

Carley wasn't Lilly's only victim, Katjaa and Duck both died because of that annoying b**** and Ben got all the blame. We should've thrown Lilly and her dad out of Lee's parents pharmacy and made our way to fortladerdale or how ever you prenounce it. It's hard to believe people even like her, even though she's a whiney, hypocritical, stubborn, selfish, bratty, little b****. Carley was a cool, collective, non-steriotypical woman who could probably survive on her own in the apocalypse if she had a talk with Eugene from the comics of the walking dead.

I also agree with you, I didn't understand why Lilly was the "leader" she was kind of self-appointed, everyone except Larry hated her guts, and not just because of the rations problem that she claims. (She said that people just hate her because she had the hard decision of getting to choose who eats.)
Lilly and Larry were both experienced, yes. But the liability that they put on the group was not worth their skill sets, they were both stubborn, and selfish, unstable and bitchy, as you said. I thought that either Lee should have been leader, not just because we play as Lee, but because he cares for the good of all, while Kenny could have been leader material, his rage usually influences his decisions, and is reluctant to give people a second chance, (The issue with Ben)
But I still hated Ben, that son of a bitch got Carley killed.
