I always wanted to draw a Quilava, and I've finally done one.
Boy, I'm so happy by how this came out 
Quilava always looked like a teenager in my eyes. I'm raising one in my game right now (no Typhlosion for me) and I nicknamed him "Coo-Leo." Timid nature, "Likes to Relax" (29 HP IVs).
Due to procrastination, it took me about a day or two to finish up x.

Read this [link] and then look at the pictures at the bottom and notice how alot of them have some type smile and that some have one side of their head facing the camera so I was just saying your Quilava's face looks like it has that expression.
