This is a lovely image. I really like the black and white conversion in fact, because of the model's pitch black hair. It looks great and makes the hair stand out and create an important feature of the image. I also like the tones of grey in this photo, because as it turns out it makes skin look very nice and smooth. The composition is nice and interesting too, however I think that the model should be shifted a little bit more to the right in order to give her some space to look into.

Another remark is that the highlight behind the model in the left top corner is very distracting. It is the whitest part of the image and it stands out too much, detracting attention from the model. The model's input is great too. Nice smile, simple but nice pose - Well done to her!
