I've never worked with ink : ) only with pencils, watercolor gouache and pastels, but I want to try ink some day...
actually this is my favorite pencil drawing, I know it's not very good in technical aspect but still I love it : ) and never quit dreaming about piano like this
and I'll say once more I looove your abstractions!

This is beautiful; very original. It personifies my regret of not being able to play piano. Three years ago I lived in a house that had a 300 year old Steinway grand piano in it and I wanted to learn but my teacher was Georgian and would only speak Russian to me. This was before I learned to speak Russian and, as you can imagine, there were some communication problems. We later had guitar lessons in school, so I just started playing guitar instead, but I still wish I could go back and learn the piano.
Anyway, enough anectodes for today, this is a very wonderful drawing and it definitely made my day a bit better (it's so hot in Tbilisi!!!).

I've lived in Tbilisi for over 4 years now. It is a pity that I don't play, but I can always learn. I have my whole life ahead of me. I'll need one thing before I start learning though: a piano

it's not a big problem than you don't have piano at home. If you really want you can learn, here in Tbilisi almost everyone has it at home so it's not a big problem to learn I think

Seriously, wow. Just one question, the black notes at the bottom, shouldn't they be in line with the others? But it's still absolutely beautiful - I know I couldn't draw like this.
