Cthulhu isn't "evil", he is more A man walking in a world of mice. He wants the mice out of his house, sets traps, bait, brings in a cat, ect..or might perform experiments on them or keep some as pets. Evil and Good don't really define Lovecraft's works (Derelith versions yeah, but not the originals).
