Hehe, I like the looks of it, he looks a bit chocked though with the open mouth, big round eye
Just like he rounded a corner and there was a 3 times bigger carnivore than himself

Interesting interpreation. It does'nt share much with the original.
I think the eyes are too small and the neck is quite too thick.
The jaws are extremely wide open, looks anatomical incorrect.
But you made a really good job on the ears and the horns.
PS: It lacks the spines on the neck, but it's not your bad, I've forgotten them by my self
