This is my reimagining of Sheelane from OV. I liked her design, but I felt she was too much like a feminine version of Ripjaws, and her only selling point was to be Bauman's girlfriend.Anyways here she is.
As the five powers continue recruiting hands of power, Divinian went to search for her own hands. With Infernus causing destruction and Mayhem across the universe, he would soon destroy a race known as "Sirenians" that once had the power of weather. It was not enough to stop the god of war and destruction, so he extinguished them like nothing as he continued trying to find access to the forge of creation.
All that was left was a lonely Sirenian named Sheelane, left to die. Then Divinian came, restoring her back to normal and saving what's left of her race. Seeing the immense destruction caused by the son of Eternus and seeing Sheelane's determination into helping those suffering from Infernus, Divinian would later maker Sheelane her right hand. With her abilities to control the weather, she would go to any planet and cause storms, waves, and rain with the use of her head fin.
She is also capable of flight thanks to the powers granted by Divinian. She is known as the Goddess of Weather and Peace. Whenever the storm has cleared, there is.....peace and beauty. Everything has calmed, and all life has been in peace and prosperity when Sheelane is around.
She is able to sing a song that is capable of calming many down, though it somehow doesn't effect Infernus.
Pisciss Volann worship her as the Goddess of the Sea. Assuming she created the oceanic planet with her weather abilities

Your take of Sheelane is quite something and I am disappointed that she is the last of her kind for that means we are robbed of seeing more the Sirenian race.

Actually thinking of having Sheelane appear more than she does in Guardians ;;; Basically thinking that she actually been with Baumann longer than just about 10-ish years. SAY...
Since Max's career as a Plumber? It could be why he started working with aliens is because she came to Earth. She can even be Baumann's wife longer than she has appeared, as one of the examples of a human/alien relationships that are wellknown. (Heck, maybe she and Ignatious even adopted a child with her playing that she was 'sterile' as she usually wears an ID mask.) Heck, even could explain how the two became friends?

But Wasn't Max's already working with an alien (Xylene)?
If I could Nix it, How about? Max felt that he and Xylene were the only ones that had interacial relationships, but is proven wrong when one of his colleagues does the same. And seeing how much Ignatious has fallen for her, this had caused team Max to influence the government to allow alien recruits to join their ranks to further encourage more plumber involvement universally incase the plumbers went defunct (Which they did).

Fair enough. I think Pateliday was said to also work for the Plumbers on Earth around the time Phil was still a member, so likely people like Rickdan Wat-Senn and Hulka were likely later recuirts or were the intergalactic side when Max was a member.
I was kinda meaning that, during the time of the Plumbers when Max was still rather young, Ignatious could have been an old pal of his and Donovan's (maybe all three were in the air force when they were older before Donovan made it big and Ignatious settled down) and on one of his jobs, Max meets Ignatious when he came across a UFO crash landing and met Sheelane and nursed her back to health, which is how they feel in love and thus Max became their confident. Heck, maybe he even took an ID mask from Plumber HQ with Phil's help to give to sheelane in Guardians. You can do what you want with this take XP
