This is the Tie Scythe, one of the most dangerous fighters to exist. It is enough to put a tie-defender to shame. And unlike the predecessors, the Tie Scythe is capable of jumping to light speed.

This fighter is also very light and speedy, so it is capable of giving the interceptors a run for their money. To combat the X-wing Mk 2, the Tie Scythe is equipped with eight blasters. Six on the front, two in the rear. Anyone that dares chase this fighter down will be blaster by the Scythe's rear turret.
