Description
Phoenix megamoth (mothra mothra) is a semelparous species of giant rosy maple moth offshoot. It is born not as a caterpillar but as a fully formed mothlet, complete with wings. As the mothlet grows, its wings get larger and it stores a lot of fat for its own mothlet, and upon its final molt loses its mouth. Adults live long enough to find a suitable birthing ground for their mothlet.
