Description
Scarf is one of the main antagonists of Syndicate: Pesticide. Unfortunately I can't say much more about him than what is on the reference sheet, because many of his noteworthy details are plot spoilers.

Actually there is one more detail that isn't a spoiler as it's revealed at the start of the game. The nickname Scarf isn't a reference to the scarves and bandannas he wears to conceal his identity. It refers to the urban legend that he engages in cannibalism, or "scarfs" down his enemies. It's just a myth, of course; he's not that savage even when drugged.

Another detail that is not a spoiler is the reason for his visible aging. Normally, due to the existence of anti-aging nanomachines, a person lives to 10,000 then passes away in their sleep when the machines stop working. But Scarf is being denied nanomachines because they interact with the alkahetic drugs being used to control him against his will.
