These floating city blocks look a little out of place. There's pretty few of them, without anything to make them look special (like trails of spaceship between them, maybe?) plus, they don't have any external devices that levitate them, and they seem build like generic ground buildings (also probably hard to balance?) that are just kind of there in the sky. Sorry, I know this is rambling, but it just strikes me as odd.

It's intentional and they are powered by small energy shards inside the building to manipulate the building's gravity thus allowing then to float
