this is one of those pages i like but I'm bugged by at the same time. Rich's pose is one of those kinda stock flying poses and while I at least like the rendering, i didn't really bring anything new to the type of shot, but i hope made ita decent issue because fill-in ish's can be jarring for fans.Kev

beautiful work man, Im a big fan and am stoked to see this issue when I can pick it up.
I like the rendering, and the flying pose aswell. Im more distracted by his left hand barely touching the panel boarder. Kind of a weird tangent there.
Obviously pretty minor nit pick there, I love it though and will definantly pick up the issue.

I agree totally, i had an issue where i was tring to get the page done on time but i was way bugged that the hand touches so close.
I also tilted the Ego head a bit to suggest movement, but im not sure that was the best choice.
i like the rendering in spots but like i said, i like and hate this at the same time.

Its not terribly noticiable, but I know what you mean about getting the page done and in.
Who is your editor over there? are you working with Charlie Beckerman or Mark Panincia?

Yeah you should do a fill in for all their comics then that would be too hype.

panel 3 works for me because you push that dynamism in panel 4...just a great gesture. Page has a nice flow. Fill in issue...heck...most titles should be so lucky! Looks like I'll be pickin' me up a Nova issue.
