I did this as a follow-up to my previous strip about meeting people I admire. This weekend I'll have the opportunity to meet another major influence (as well as one of my favorite comic artists), Evan Dorkin, at Baltimore Comic Con. Though after my total face-plant with Julia Wertz, I've been driving myself nuts imagining all the ways I can screw this up. I think him whipping out a firearm and blasting me in the gut would be the least awkward and embarrassing.Here's hoping I don't come back with a story even more horrifying (though hilarious) than this comic. Maybe I'll just chicken out and hide behind my table all weekend. Yeah, that's the ticket.
Oh god, and what am I gonna do when I meet William Shatner the weekend after that at the Big Apple Comic Con?! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!
