It's never a bad idea to try getting into shape but it's always a bad idea to try to change who you are in some vain attempt to get laid and when your only motivation for getting into shape is to attract a significant other whether temporarily or indefinitely then your heart isn't in tha right place for it though I don't really wanna discourage anyone from anything that may result in better health so yeah|

Daily walking is more of their treat. It worked for me. I was 250 lbs in middle school through early high school so I did this routine and BAM!! Hundred pounds gone.
