A while ago I was in the city with my cousin just walking around Circular Quay. And I just set up my camera to take some long exposure shots of the Opera House. And all of a sudden these fireworks started.It was just the perfect combination of being in the right time, at the right place. I shot this at an exposure of about a minute.

Oh wow... The colours and contrast and the opera house next to the fireworks and the red water and everything is just so amazing... and I really like that extra bright, sparkling light to the right of the fireworks.

Oh, yes, Sydney is gorgeous during fireworks. I've only seen it once for new years and it was amazing. The Brisbane ones aren't too bad but of course Sydney has to do everything better.

The fingerprints were a gene light show that was being shown over the Opera House. It was for World Aids Day.

I love the fact that being at long exposure camera frame can make the image look of that Sidney Australia Opera house know how to put on one hell of a fireworks display. This is an awesome pic well taken photo, right place and time indeed.
