Thanks so much...and much of that is from the mixed media process. I guess technically it should be in that category, but it's principally a photo. Thanks again....

We (here in Ballarat) recently had a photot-biennale. What impressed me most was the graphic nature of the print quality in the really top works. It has been something that with the demise of my darkroom and the concentration on virtual images that I had almost forgotten existed. It was also apparent that the lines between the strictly photographic and the graphic have altered and there seems to be much more aesthetic depth in the new forms.

Yes, I'm seeing that too....most of it however coming from adding textures digitally to mimic film. Perhaps not always the case but we're seeing a need to get back to some of the aesthetics of film that were lost...
