I didn't ever say that the sugeon ever got permission to do this. He just found that his test subjects either liked it or didn't. Both were fine as the ones that liked their new bodies enjoyed their new jobs (guess what they were), and the girls that disapproved of the operations were sexy enough as helpless damsels.------------------------------------------
None of the art is mine, as I designed this in Kisekae 2 and edited it in MS Paint.

I guess the ones that didn't like having their limbs removed didn't have any say in the matter and had to put up with the results.
Personally I'd be quite happy to remove one leg.
