(I liked her design to much so I just made a few changes.)

Palatte is the waitress of the Cavalcade Express, she will always get you your food on time (or try very hard to). she wont take off her skates unless they hinder her speed.
she and Char cole normally converse about what foods to serve next and updates on the dining car's décor. Palatte comes from a family of speed demons, she is the fastest.
