There were a few things Jinki thought were strange about his neighbor.

The first thing was that he was always passed out on the front lawn next door when Jinki came out in the morning to get his newspaper.‭ ‬The second was his guyliner.‭ ‬Guyliner‭? ‬Jinki thought.‭ ‬Manliner didn‭’‬t seem right,‭ ‬and it wasn‭’‬t just eyeliner the way it nearly overwhelmed his eyes.‭ ‬But his guyliner always ran down‭ ‬his face after the sprinklers came on at exactly eight o‭’‬clock in the morning,‭ ‬making him jerk back into consciousness and stumble inside of his house,‭ ‬fumbling with his keys.‭ ‬Well,‭ ‬if he had his keys on him.‭ ‬Otherwise,‭ ‬he would fall asleep again on the porch chair.
