We managed to rescue Spot from the gnoll band that too-readily turned on him when it was revealed he was a former ally of ours... though I'm pretty sure he didn't realize what was going on at the time.We had to coax him into understanding that the human powerhouse whirlwind Finn, who had nearly singlehandedly wiped out the gnoll war band, was not about to slice him to ribbons as well.
One can hardly blame him for being terrified.
Now Berkley has a hireling gnoll, I guess???
