I'd flip out. All this time we'd followed the tale of a boy who could do no evil, and ultimately he'd turn to the other side because of whatever reason made available?
Sounds like someone went and redid the Castlevania games when the actor Robert Carlyle played Gabriel Belmont/Dracula.

Lol Right? It would be awful , but an interesting twist. Maybe a "bad ending" scenario if you lose/ sacrifice at the end of the game.

In Kingdom Hearts 2, they censored out Will Turner's near suicide scene in Port Royal for western audiences. And this is despite Orlando Bloom actually committing to that in the actual movie.
So, there's no limit to how far these developers will go to not do something like that.

Yes, but if you've noticed, Disney isn't as "kid friendly" as it used to be. It has changed a lot. So..
There's a lot they could do this time that they couldn't before.

And I agree. But at the same time, this is freaking America.
The censorship laws are strict when it comes to television and games protruding to things like guns, sexual intercourse or anything suggestive, alcohol, religious references, violence, or plain gore.
Now, I'm not saying that Disney is going to do anything related to the second or fourth or even the last thing on that list, but the point still flipping stands. In Japan, they can go all out with all that stuff just like in anime, but when Kingdom Hearts 3 comes to us, we aren't likely to see some, if not all things that are going to make the game more intense.

I see what you're getting at and I don't think they'd go into any of that with this game. It's not the type and It doesn't follow the set formula.
I'm simply saying there's more they could do and get away with this round... because it's not just Disney that's changing. It's America too. Whether we want it to or not.

And even still America remains to be nothing more than general political people wanting their shot to take the metaphorical throne and be recognized as a leader in their time.
Exactly though, what major laws have changed or have been passed in the recent years that have successfully made a distinctive change for the better in this country? I guess it's true what they say: "The more things change, the more they stay the same."
