Description
I had the urge to draw Sparky in his younger days. His eyes were blue back then, his tail wasn't torn, his paws weren't black. He looked like most Pichu's. Though he did have big tuff of hair on his head and a puff of black fur on his chest instead of just the markings. He didn't really have any accessories when he was younger, though his Mom gave him a red scarf when he was close to evolving. (He would just tie it do himself randomly, when he did get it.

I have an uncolored version of the lineart, if anyone wants it let me know. If enough people actually ask, I will probably post it.
